BioHi! This is my journey into fitness! I've always admired fitness models and the like. I realize with my genes, and with having 3 kids, that I can only beat genetics and science to a point. :) This is me, becoming my BEST me.
I'm overcoming ED-NOS as well, which is all eating disorders. My anorexia is still very present. My calories are still too low, but I'm working on it. This is my struggle, and my ultimate triumph.
